Higher Self Meditation Instructor: Lisa Felisky, Crystal Energy Coach
Awaken to the inner voice of your Soul! Learn and explore meditation techniques to develop your connection with your Higher Self, the ever-present guidance system of your Soul. Learn to Crochet Instructor: Bethany Owen, Crochet Hobbyist
Become comfortable with the basic tools involved to crochet basic stitches and learn how to read beginners crochet patterns. All materials are provided to make fun scarves and cozy slippers. $25 each
Nourished Body Detox Program

Join us for a presentation on the Nourished Body, Satisfied Soul Detox Program. There are 4 levels to choose from & you get to decide what is realistic for you & what works best for your lifestyle, schedule, & budget. Regardless of which option you select, you will begin to cleanse, nourish, & rebuild your body at the cellular level. One will move between ordinary states of consciousness (ordinary reality) and a Shamanic state of consciousness (non-reality). This relaxing experience is accompanied with music designed to aid in relaxation. $15

This class will introduce you to the patterns, techniques, and rhythms of the Salsa--one of the most popular fun and flirty Latin dance styles. Burn calories the fun way! No partner necessary. $40 for 4 classes
YOGA:

Free your body & mind from tension by allowing yourself to regain balance and energy by utilizing elemental postures & breathing techniques. Yoga mats recommended.

Basic Yoga Level 2 Instructor: Erica Hinch, Certified Yoga Instructor
This class is a continuing level class with more advanced asanas than basic level 1. Some yoga experience is required. Yoga mats are recommended.

Chakra Yoga Instructor: Erica Hinch, Certified Yoga Instructor
Practice specific yoga postures that relate to the 7 energy centers, or chakras, that help improve and balance our whole body. These poses are known to help with malfunctions within our bodies such as obesity, diabetes, asthma, headaches, depression, bladder/kidney trouble, common colds, and much more. Yoga mats recommended.

Hot Flow Yoga Instructor: Amy Tranchida, Yoga Instructor
This challenging hot flow yoga class guides you through a series of focused progressive postures to promote a cleansing sweat, to reshape muscles, and increase strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. This class will cover seated, standing, and supine postures through flowing sequences and breathwork. We'll stave off the winter chill with class in a heated room as we stretch, tone, and increase our overall flexibility. Enjoy a cozy relaxation to round out the hour.

Iyengar Yoga for Beginners
Instructor: Julia Visconti, Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor
This type of postural yoga uses props to make the poses more accessible to beginners with varying levels of strength, mobility and flexibility.

Karma Yoga Instructor: Erica Hinch, Certified Yoga Instructor
Welcome to a multi-level yoga class with a mixture of well-balanced yoga poses including seated and standing postures, core strengtheners and centering exercises. This class is suitable for both new and experienced students. Yoga mats recommended.

Kids will enjoy this fun and creative approach to yoga that uses
animated poses and basic stretching to promote strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Children will learn to connect with their breath as they gain balance of the body, mind, and spirit.

Pilates/Yoga Fusion Instructor: Tina Pautz, Certified Yoga Instructor
Energize your core, mind and your breath with this yoga/Pilates fusion class. Thirty minutes of classic Pilates mat work followed by thirty minutes of soothing and challenging yoga poses will leave you stronger, leaner, and more flexible.

Short Form Ashtanga Yoga Instructor: Erica Hinch, Certified Yoga Instructor
Have the relaxing benefit of a guided meditation that focuses on the physical side of Ashtanga yoga. Various routines may be considered slightly fast with modifications for more difficult asanas. These precise techniques & proper form demonstrations are suitable & beneficial for beginners. Yoga mat recommended.

Vinyasa Yoga

Practice a series of poses that flow between downward facing dog & sun salutation sequences in conjunction with the breath. Yoga mats recommend.

Yin Yoga Instructor: Tina Pautz, Certified Yoga Instructor
The Yin aspect of yoga (using postures that stretch connective tissue) is vital for a balanced approach to physical and mental health. Yin yoga is a series of postures held for a long time, usually 3-5 minutes and is specifically designed to slowly lengthen the connective tissues of the body. Benefits include increased flexibility, joint mobility, and enhanced meditation practices. A perfect companion to any forms of exercise, Yin yoga is excellent for runners, cyclists, or anyone looking to increase joint stamina.
